Welcome to Derelict to Dream. Starting with our own properties, and then extending our services outwards to support clients, we offer full-service building services to give modern and energy efficient upgrades to overlooked and undervalued properties in Costa Blanca north
Our personal journey wasn't woven through buying readily habitable properties. We started with derelict ruins and created stunning ‘dream’ properties; an interesting journey, that helped us understand the process and build a skilled team and wider network of tradespeople, that set us apart.
