Derelict to Dream has been reforming Spanish properties since 2023
We started renovating our own properties in Spain's Costa Blanca North, and from there - through requests for help from friends - we grew into the company we are today.
We provide a wide range of renovation and maintenance services, all led by competent, experienced professionals. Our team includes architects, technical specialists - like heating and solar engineers, electricians and plumbers, builders, craftspeople and project management. Every project is unique and our services are uniquely tailored to our clients’ needs. Throughout the process we are professional, supportive, communicative and transparent – always making sure clients are informed and included.
